POLICIES & FAQ'S

POLICIES:

• Each cookie is individually heat sealed and packaged together in a box, unless specified otherwise.

  
  

• I will not replicate someone else's cookies. I am happy to use their pictures for inspiration, but I will make them my own. Sending pictures of invites, decor, etc. is preferred.

  
  

• A 50% non refundable deposit is due at time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid within 2 weeks of pickup date. 

  
  

• I am no  longer accepting character themed cookies. I am happy to do sets "inspired by" but will not make actual characters.

  
  

• No design changes/refunds within a week of your pickup date.

  ALL PRODUCTS are produced in a home kitchen that is not subject to state or local inspection and that may also process common food allergens such as, tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, wheat and dairy.

FAQ'S

Q: Can I freeze your cookies?

A: Yes! Cookies can be frozen for months and still taste delicious. Put cookies in airtight container and place in freezer. Pull them out 8-10 hours prior to serving and let them thaw on your counter. Do not open container until thawed.

Q: Can I order without knowing my theme?

A: Yes! I just need to know the date and amount. Theme needs to be decided within 2 weeks of pick up date.

Q: How long do cookies stay fresh?

A: Cookies are heat sealed and stay fresh up to 2 weeks at room temperature or 2 months frozen. (They can last longer, this is just what i personally prefer with my recipe).

Q: When do I pay?

A: A 50% non refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to pick up date. If you want to pay the full amount all at once, thats great too!
