HI! I'M MCKELL!

I am the owner and operator of Saltcreek Cookies. I am a wife and mother to 4 sweet kiddos. Balancing life and a business is definitely not easy- but has been such a blessing.

I started making royal icing cookies in 2016 for my kids. I wanted something special for their birthdays and events and was determined to learn. I made them off and on until 2019 when I took a cookie class and fell in love. That desire to learn grew even stronger.

I started studying other cookie accounts, learning from them, taking their classes, investing in products. I started making some for more than just family- friends, co workers, etc. Word started spreading and slowly more and more orders started coming in.

June 2020 Saltcreek Cookies was started and it's been full speed ever since. I love meeting new people and getting to create something special for all of those life moments, both big and small.

I have big plans for this little business and am excited and determined to watch it grow.
